Freedom to Roam

The breath is an invitation, a welcoming of all that is to flow freely to and through you. It blows the winds of change or strength, moving any lodged dissonance from your physical being. The release of the air carries with it the cognizance and debris of what may have been blocking your own path—old patterns, beliefs, and systems that no longer serve you, if they ever did.

Your egoic self is not there for harm but has simply become less useful in your sovereign, self-guided years, where your balance is true and the resolve of your distinct wishes is known. No longer being led around like a bull with a ring through your nose, you are free to roam, to be, and to enjoy the fruits of your own labor, which now may come in the form of excitement and joy.

Will you always choose the richest pasture? Perhaps not. But the movement without prodding—the will and desire of your own being—will draw you further along your path, joining with others of similar resonance. Each will eventually veer onto their own way after reaching their desired destination.

So even though you travel in herds, you remain sovereign. Enjoy the crowds, the camaraderie, but also the peace and solitude that flow from your own wellspring of resonance—your connection to Source, your knowing that all is as it was planned, by you and for you, on this path of life. Enjoy it all.
