Float Back to Source
Like floating on a lazy river, without a thought invading or pervading your mind; knowing you’ll be taken to the destination intended once you got on your raft or allowed your body to naturally float. This is where your mind’s eye or imagination takes you—to places, events, or things you may enjoy. And if it isn’t something you enjoy, your mind’s eye easily shifts to another channel to preview.
This is the way of your life: as soon as you set afloat in your vessel of body, you knew you could always return to this state, to this float. It could be, and is, smooth sailing. But you chose to experience forgetting so that you might be able to experience all there is to offer.
Your emotional guidance system is there as your signal if you’re running ashore, getting off the path, the stream of ease. They’re not your method of returning—that would require effort—but the relaxing into breathing, your way back to resonance, to ease, to floating on the stream of life, is there as your method.
Trust in that. Experience it all, even stress and concern, but know that you are but a breath away from your Source. Release control and float into resonance. You are loved, held, and supported throughout this life experience. Feel the buoyancy of sublime freedom in that way.
