Finding Your Inner Calm: Tapping into Your True Source

No matter your situation or location, you have the ability to tap into and align with your true source. This connection alone provides all the comfort you need in any circumstance, allowing you to know and feel that you are loved, worthy of love, and capable of receiving love for and from yourself.

At times, it may feel as though you are adrift in a vast sea, surrounded by unknown and potentially imminent dangers. In those moments, go inward and find the still, small undercurrent—the knowing—and cling to that. As soft as it may seem, it can be hard to find, resembling a low, steady hum or rhythm. However, once you align with it, you will find it secure and steadfast.

The noise and chatter of the mind will quiet or fade to the background, and the lifeline of your source will become more evident once you tap in and hold on. While it may be easy to find and connect with your true source—the lifeline—in calm situations or comfortable environments, it can feel much more difficult in choppy seas of mass confusion, extreme loneliness, or isolation. Yet, this connection remains steady, calming, and ever-present.

Turn away from the mind's chatter and soften your physical body to go inward. By going within, you will always find your way out. It is the calm neutral that we have already related to, accessible through your breath and the absence of thought. Tap into this often so that you have easy access when needed during tumultuous times and rough waters. Remember, these challenges too will pass.

Focus within, beyond any undesired situation, placing yourself there in your mind's eye rather than with your eyes wide open. Ride out the storm by concentrating on the calm; you are always loved.
