Embracing the Present: Finding Joy in Every Moment

Time. It puts restrictions on you that aren't necessary or real even. Watching the clock, the seconds ticking by, waiting for what? To live? All there is is now, this second. Waste not a single one of them. If you find yourself watching the clock, rather instead dream. Daydream or night, it matters not. Whatever feels delicious and raises your vibrational level when you do it. The feeling you have when watching the clock, if it’s good as if in anticipation then continue it. If it’s with the feeling of not wanting to be where you are, then don't be where you are. Stay in the state, the feeling, the emotion of being happy wherever you are.

Even in the midst of a storm on a raging sea, you can remove yourself from there, from the state of mind, to be where you’d feel better. That is the trick, feeling better, or how you feel when you're doing exactly what you want. The feeling of appreciation, of contentment, of relaxation can be achieved in the middle of the storm. Some of the best poetry was penned on what is the equivalent to a raging sea, to calm the person who penned, and it has calmed many in return.

That’s how energy works. You feel the emotion of calmness, of centeredness in all situations and others will feel it as well and will in turn pass it on. Feel good, then make the action. Feel good, then… About anything and everything. Raise your vibration and pass it on. Wick to wick, flame to flame, your light shines brightly around the world.
