Embracing the Now: The Journey of Evolution and Self-Love

Evolution is revolution. And revolution goes round and round, but instead of a closed circle repeating the same patterns, it is more like a spiral—ever evolving and expanding. It may seem as though you're repeating yourself; if you look inward or at what you may consider the past, you will see the same events, places, or things. Yet they are from a different perspective, a little further away. It can seem as if you're in the same position, but you are not. You are ever expanding.

It all depends on the direction of your focus. It is imperative for your maximum enjoyment to focus on your now, your path that is your own, even the very step you are taking. Focus on it with your light, your joy, and your enthusiasm toward your life. Expect good things; anticipate them with excitement without feeling as though you'll be “there” when you arrive. The key is to enjoy your NOW moment. Things, people, places, and events come and go. Think of each of them if you want to evoke the feelings they stirred, but only if they evoke a fond memory.

You have the capacity and the wherewithal to feel fond emotions from the past while enjoying your now, which is taking you to your future. The focus, if placed on the future, is always a sense of never having arrived. Yet, if you're feeling into your now and fully experiencing it, happy that you're there and knowing it is taking you to all the places you desire, then you'll be happy on your way. Reach for and experience the best feeling you can at the very place you are now.

You are loved; you are being guided. The very fact that you may feel bad is the acknowledgment that you are not feeling or thinking about yourself the way your divine self feels about you. That feeling is your indicator. Align with a good feeling thought, even if you cannot think of yourself with love right now; instead, feel love for anything. The goal is always to love yourself, as we do. Find joy in the NOW, in this moment, about anything. You are so loved, and the pain you feel is only a separation or misalignment, as you are never alone.
