Crossing the Current
Swimming in the ocean cross-current, going with the flow keeps you safe and allows you to escape the pull of undesirable currents—ones that at times seem to pull you in a direction wholly opposed to where you’re trying to go. No matter the struggle, you’re only pulled further in that direction. But when you release—either floating rather than fighting, or moving across the current rather than against it—you’ll find your movement becomes progressive. You’re able to free-flow and cut through the vibrational pull of others, or those left as residual from relationships or ancestral holds.
These are vibrations you may not consciously sense, yet they repeat like a steady throb, pulsing just beneath the surface. Such currents are so ingrained they can feel indistinguishable from your own vibrational field. Even these can be cut through by crossing over the waves, rather than turning toward them or running away.
Recognize them for what they are and the effect they have on you, and they will soften their impact. Swim to still pools. Enjoy the easy flow of your own field and the blending of currents with those you truly enjoy. Raise the white flag of truce—not in giving in, but in flowing with your own true self.
