Choose what You Soak Up
July 25
There comes a point of complete saturation, where you’ve received the maximum amount that your current design can handle. Then what?
If you were in a completely released state of non-experience or isolation, you would remain there—completely full and whole. But while in the human experience—with emphasis on the word experience—you will encounter things that continuously draw some of the energy away, allowing you to always add new.
Think of a mop. There is a point where it can take on no more; then a squeeze or drying in the sun draws the liquid away. In some ways, that is you—with your filling of the Holy Spirit of yourself. The only way for you to remain full would be by being held in suspension, like in a coma. Bliss? Yes. But non-experiential. And isn’t experience the point?
So you go through life, continuously refilling your “mop”—your being—through meditation and other practices that open your connection with Source, such as appreciation. Then, some of that wholeness naturally leaches out through unwanted or unpleasant experiences, or through encounters where you’re giving of yourself. These moments create the space for refill.
Continuous ebb and flow.
You would not want to remain in the continuous state of wholeness or bliss, because then you would not know the satisfaction of the refilling. The contrast—the beautiful life experience.
Even though you’re not a mop, you may soak up beauty and love… or the putrid messes others have left on their vibrational trail. It is your choice. Choose what you want to fill yourself with—and know a continuous refill is always on the way. Filling, but never completely saturated.
You are in constant connection.
