Breath, Resonance and flow

July 20 Your breath is the gear shift, and when the pause of your thought processes is enough, you may switch to neutral. From that vantage point, choices may be made from the feeling into resonance. Rising above situations which may be discordant or chaotic allows you to feel into a thread or note that you are in vibrational alliance with. It will feel soft, and have a magnetic quality to it, allowing you to easily slip into the flow of the field with it.

When in the fully relaxed state of mind and body, your higher self—your true self—will guide you through resonance to your next best feeling leading to thought. Before the thought forms, there is a nanosecond of feeling. Pause there. Allow the note to slide into the harmonic field of resonance.

Your tone does fit beautifully into a symphony—but are you in the right concert hall? You may have practiced your tone, but is it in accordance with the music playing? Soften, and drive with your breath to flow to exactly your concert hall, your melody, your people of resonance. They will feel like open arms—but feel into your own tone first.

Until you are in communion with your true self, it is like testing a single puzzle piece in all possible positions of a box puzzle where you don’t fit. Breathe into your own feeling, your own resonant sound, your tone—and flow to the sounds of vibrations. It will feel like ease, like liquid sun, like a symphony of music and the bouquet of all that is pleasing.

You may have landed in a tome written before you felt into your true tone—never a lock.

Breathe your tone, without care for the shackles that may try to hold you in.

Flow with the lived experiences that resonate with your core, not with whim.

Learn your note. Become one with it before you move—or force your move.
