Physiological functions that are autonomic are there to keep you functioning at a base level. Yet you also have the ability to influence them—to optimize and enhance your own physiological functioning through awareness, intention, and breath.
Your emotions are guidance systems, signaling which internal dials may need adjustment. And your breath is one of the most powerful ways to create that change.
You can increase or decrease your heart rate using only your breath. You can shift your nervous system state. You can affect the chemistry within your body simply by breathing with intention.
Setting an intention for the outcome you desire—or for the direction you wish to move—is not merely a mental exercise. It is something felt and carried within your being. When intention and breath align, change begins to occur naturally within the body.
Your cells await direction and respond to the guidance of the orchestrator: you.
Breathe in health.
Breathe in wealth.
Breathe in prosperity.
You may direct that breath as a whole-body experience or toward a specific area within the body that is asking for attention. Imagine restoring it, as though rescuing something lost at sea and gently returning it to the wholeness of wellness.
The mind may deny.
It may doubt.
It may rationalize.
That is normal.
But what if?
What if you already possess access to greater mental clarity, physical wellness, and alignment than you’ve been taught to believe? What if your breath is one of the gateways to achieving the fullest expression of this life experience?
Breathe with intention.
What do you have to lose… other than the strongholds that may have kept you from fully living?
