Awakening to Your True Center: The Power of Vibrational Awareness

Setting, or remaining rather, at your vibrational set point as soon as you begin your waking process will strengthen your ability to remain in the fullness of you throughout the day. Begin by breathing oxygen deeply and intentionally throughout your body, feeling it and imagining it moving to and through your physical being. Once there, you will feel lighter. Remain, if you will, or set that solidly by holding your breath within for as long as you are able to. This will set your space, your point of attraction, and beaming before cluttering with outside influences. The natural rhythms of your beaming will be steady and continuous.

It isn't possible to remain completely in that state, nor is it intended to be. You intended to mix it up to expand your reach through interactions of events and relationships. Expansion is like that of a slingshot, contracting or stressing before reaching further than before, then settling again into a new calm set point of continuous vibration. This setting buffers and protects your center point, your inner core, allowing you to remain solidly in who you are.

It isn't possible to ever change the core, but your set point can be knocked off center, or you may stress or stay in a pulled-back position in opposition to your center at times, causing you to believe that is your center, your you. This will cause angst and stress, even on a physical level. By allowing your physical being to reset to your true center upon waking, you will not only feel better but will also be healthier and more vital. Allow the full contraction and release of your energetic field. Feel into that; return to your center or neutral state. Practice the feeling of contentment and appreciation. Your world of experience will move in the direction of your emotions. Enjoy the feeling.
