An Oasis is a Stop, not a Destination

July 5 Opportunities are the sprouts of seeds that have been planted—by you or by others.

You come across them either through being led to them

or through your own inspired steps and actions.

Once there, it is up to you:

to either water and cultivate them,

or to be inspired—through breath and possibility—

to continue on, toward others.

They are all on your path.

Bless those that led you to where you are—

whether it is an oasis for you to pause for a while,

or a spur that moves you toward a more refreshing, more lucrative oasis.

When you become aware of what you do not want,

through the feelings that are evoked,

that clarity offers guidance.

Not necessarily a destination—

but guidance toward more.

It is not a turning of the back on what you’re experiencing,

but a turning toward what is still desired.

Not running from, or denying—

but leaning into the calling of you,

your true-self-desired experience in the wind.

Bless the stop.

Thank the host or guide for the nourishment.

And continue.

All are respites on your journey of expansion—

of becoming.

It is unknown to you, your human self, what roles you came to play—

but rest assured, there are many.

Not in an exhausting way,

but in ways that rejuvenate and energize.

Like watching a performer who relishes each song they sing,

and presents each in a new way—

a new costume, a new character, a new role.

No one made them.

It is the desire of the artist—

to express in a way that can be heard, felt, and enjoyed.

Enjoy the show of your life.

Play the roles exactly as you wish.

Enjoy them all.

You are amazing.
